Owner and Title Agent

Joseph McSherry is a Tampa Bay native and seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As the owner of Assurity Title, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge in navigating even the most complex title insurance challenges. His expertise ensures every real estate transaction is handled with precision, care, and a client-first approach.

A proud father of five, Joseph credits his family with shaping his core values of integrity, honesty, and genuine care—principles that are central to both his business and personal life. These values guide every client relationship and have helped build a trusted reputation throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Joseph is also deeply involved in his community, with active affiliations including the West Pasco Board of Realtors, Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors, Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Westchase Rotary, and the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce. Through these organizations, he remains dedicated to the growth and betterment of the local real estate industry and the community he serves.

When he’s not working, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, especially traveling, and cooking together. He also loves being outdoors — whether it’s on the water or enjoying Florida’s natural beauty—and is an avid sports fan. On game days, you’ll likely find him tailgating and cheering on his favorite team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Cassandra McSherry

Owner and Title Agent

Cassandra (Cassie) McSherry, alongside her husband Joe, is the proud owner of Assurity Title, where she leads with a passion for protecting one of life’s biggest investments—homeownership. With years of experience in the real estate and title insurance industry, Cassie has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving Florida’s buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

Beyond her role as a business leader, Cassie is devoted to her family, her community, and her beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She is a proud wife and mother of five grown children and an active Rotarian, giving her time and energy to projects that support veterans, families, and children in need.

Whether she’s guiding a client through a closing, volunteering in the community, or cheering on the Bucs on game day, Cassie brings the same values to every area of her life: protection, integrity, and service.

Domenick McSherry

Processor and Title Agent

Currently working at Assurity Title, Domenick specializes in clearing title and processing transactions, ensuring smooth and accurate closings for clients. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the title process, Domenick plays a vital role in the efficiency of each transaction.

A proud graduate of the University of South Florida (USF) in 2023, Domenick brings a solid educational foundation along with practical expertise to the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing, where he finds relaxation and inspiration.

Domenick’s passion for precision and dedication to his work make him a valuable asset to any team in the title and real estate industry.

Peyton McSherry

Client Relations Manager

As a dedicated Client Service Manager, Peyton is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate the closing process with confidence. Peyton loves diving into the many aspects of title work and continuously expanding her knowledge. Peyton truly enjoys communicating with clients, hearing their stories, and being part of their journey in buying or selling a home. She loves seeing the smiling faces at the closing table.

Peyton graduated from the University of South Florida (USF) in 2021 with bachelor’s degree in criminology. Outside of work, she is a proud St. Pete Beach native, having spent the past 24 years soaking up the sun and waves. She is also the head coach for a completive middle school and high school Equestrian team. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially the ones she gets to see every day at Assurity Title.

Amy Rodriguez

Closer and Title Agent

With 19+ years of experience in the insurance industry, Amy is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge in both title insurance and real estate transactions. As a Licensed Title Agent and Certified Signing Agent, she is committed to providing exceptional service to clients with precision and expertise.
She finds joy in witnessing the successful closure of transactions and loves being part of the new chapters and journeys that each one represents.

Outside of her professional life at Assurity, she can be found on the football field, cheering and supporting her son’s athletic pursuits.

Amy also enjoys escaping to the mountains, where she can unwind and recharge amidst nature’s beauty.
